How many guests can a party yacht in Phuket take?
The limit is set per boat and printed on each yacht's page, so start with your real headcount and pick from boats that carry it by day. Count everyone on board, including children and any performer.
For larger groups, Say Yes takes up to 30 guests by day, Sofia up to 25 and Beluga 88 up to 22. On Say Yes the base price includes 12 guests, and each extra guest is charged as listed on its card.
Can guests under 18 come to a yacht party?
Yes, with their parents. Guests without parents must be 18 or older, so a party of teenagers needs adults on board.
What does a private yacht party in Phuket cost in 2026/27?

How do the deposit and cancellation terms work?
On most boats you pay a 50 % deposit and the balance before departure. Boats that cost less than ฿40,000 a day are paid 100 % at booking. On most boats the deposit is refunded if you cancel 30 days or more ahead, and the exact terms are on each yacht's page and in our booking terms.
Which dates need the earliest booking?
Peak dates run from 20 December to 20 January. On Say Yes, Sofia and Beluga 88 bookings for those dates are non-refundable, so confirm the guest list before you pay.

Which departure pier and route work best for a party?
Choose the pier first, because it decides how long guests travel and which islands are within reach. Say Yes and Sofia leave from Chalong, Beluga 88 from Ao Po Grand Marina.
Chalong is 28 minutes from Patong, 26 from Phuket Town and 60 from the airport. At Chalong the captain handles passenger registration, and guests hand their passports to the crew at the boat. Ao Po Grand Marina works around the clock with no tide limits and is the closest marina to the airport, 29 minutes away.
Which itinerary keeps a party relaxed?
A short route leaves more time at anchor for swimming, lunch and music. Coral Island (Koh Hey) is close to Chalong; boats moor off Banana Beach, guests can go ashore, and the beach entry is paid on the spot. Maiton has no landing, but dolphins are often seen there, though nobody can promise them. When the sea is rough, Koh Hong and Phang Nga Bay give sheltered water.
What are the music, safety and weather rules?
The captain decides on safety and on the route, and that decision comes before any party plan. Music volume is limited inside the marinas, so the party starts properly once the boat is out at sea or at anchor.
At coral sites such as Phi Phi and the Racha islands boats do not drop anchor; they tie up to mooring buoys. If a storm or a port closure stops the trip, the charter is moved to another date or refunded. Check the forecast from the Thai Meteorological Department a few days before, and park notices from the Department of National Parks.
